Natasha is a trained Reiki Master and Eponaquest Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) practitioner with over 20 years of experience in energy healing and personal development.
She combines ancient energy healing practices with modern tools for emotional growth and leadership development, guiding individuals toward deeper self-awareness and transformation.
Through her unique approach,Natasha helps clients break through limiting beliefs, align with their true selves, and create lasting change.
Her commitment to continued learning has led her to advanced training CPD courses at Eponaquest as well as Connection Focused Therapy. She has studied under Linda Kohanov (Eponaquest) and Dr. Rebecca Bailey (Polyvagal Equine Institute), integrating a profound understanding of the nervous system and Polyvagal Theory into her work.

My Journey
“I’ve always been passionate about personal growth and helping others reconnect with their true selves.
My path into energy healing began in the early 2000s, and I became a Reiki Master Practitioner in 2002. However, it was through my own journey with Eponaquest Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) that I discovered a deeper, more authentic way of being- one that unlocked my unique ability to channel healing energy through my voice.
EFL & horses brought me back into my body and that was the key to accessing the higher frequencies & realms.
Horses have been my lifelong inspiration and, since 2014, my greatest teachers. They’ve guided me to become present, release past trauma and embrace a more empowered way of living.
In 2022, we welcomed our first rescue horses into our lives, Ody and Si-former London Met Police horses. Since then, the herd has evolved, each being offering their own unique wisdom, support and love to both me and my clients.
Offering their guidance with the light language I channel is both my passion and my joy. Over time, my ability to channel has deepened, strengthening my connection with Source, spirit guides, Mother Gaia, and animal beings. I now integrate their guidance into my healing work, offering profound insights to those seeking clarity and alignment."
