A one-day equine guided retreat for sensitive and intuitive women ready to live more fully in their bodies, honour their authentic truth and move forward with grounded heart-centred power.

It is the year of the Fire Horse, after all, and so I've upgraded  our popular day retreat; 'The Healing Heart' to include the energy of the Fire Horse.

Healing isn't just about fixing you & on this day it will be about inhabiting yourself more completely.

It's a day to return to your body, honour your boundaries and

reconnect with the steady fire within you.


Together, we connect with your heart & explore embodied power, self-trust, and soul-led momentum through activities with the herd, Harmony Healing Meditation, creative activities & discussion so that you can truly embody your authentic heart & self during this year of the Fire Horse.

Polyvagal Principles in Practice
Moving Beyond Theory into Felt Experience

An Experiential Workshop with Horses for Coaches, Therapists
& Professionals Working with People

This 2-day experiential workshop offers a grounded and embodied way to explore how the nervous system shapes our emotions, behaviours, relationships and sense of safety.

Designed for coaches, therapists, counsellors, facilitators and professionals working with people, this workshop will help you deepen your awareness of your own nervous system while learning practical ways to apply polyvagal principles within your work.

During the workshop, we will explore:

  • The foundational principles of polyvagal theory

  • How the nervous system continuously searches for safety

  • The states of regulation, protection, connection, and shutdown

  • How nervous system patterns influence behaviour, relationships, and communication

  • Co-regulation and the importance of safe connection

  • How to recognise nervous system responses in yourself and your clients

  • Practical ways to integrate polyvagal awareness into your professional work

Alongside the experiential exercises with the horses, there will be space for reflection, dialogue, knowledge sharing and integration.

Co-Facilitated with Babs Jasper

Babs is a partner of the Polyvagal Equine Institute in the USA, founded by Dr Rebecca Bailey, Jaycee Dugard, and Margie McDonald. Together with colleagues in France, she is helping to bring this work into Europe through the development of PVEI International.

Working both with and without horses, Babs supports individuals, healthcare teams and leaders through coaching, training and experiential learning. She also teaches for PVEI and Eponaquest NL .

At the heart of her work is a deep understanding of polyvagal principles and the importance of safety, connection and nervous system awareness in creating meaningful and lasting change. Through a grounded and practical approach, she helps people develop greater presence, resilience and authentic connection in both their personal and professional lives.

Summer Solstice Light Activation

Join Natasha on the Summer Solstice for a nourishing and expansive morning of healing, activation, and connection through a meditation followed by a channelling  as we gather within the energies of this powerful light portal.

Together, we will journey beyond a simple meditation into a deeper experience of alignment, insight, and energetic activation.

Through a Harmony Healing Guided Meditation infused with channelled light language, tones, and frequencies, you will be supported to anchor the solstice energies and open to the gifts, clarity and inner guidance available to you at this time.

Following time for tea, sharing, and gentle connection, we will move into a channelling session where my guides and Pleiadean Soul Family, will offer insights, energetic activations, and supportive messages to help you embody more of your authentic light in your everyday life, relationships, work, and purpose.

This is an invitation to pause, receive, reconnect, and step more fully into the energy of who you are becoming

The Quiet Power of the Sensitive Soul

From “too much” to deeply attuned - reclaiming your sensitivity as your greatest gift

There comes a moment when the way you’ve been coping… simply stops working.

The constant masking.
The over-giving.
The quiet disconnection from your own body.

For many sensitive, empathic and neurodivergent women, this has been a lifelong rhythm -learning to adapt, to soften yourself, to become what others needed you to be… just to feel safe in the world.

But what if your sensitivity was never the problem?

What if it was always your greatest gift - simply waiting for the right environment to be held, understood, and honoured?

This one-day retreat is a gentle invitation to come home to yourself.

Held in the presence of the herd and within a safe, supportive space, you’ll be guided back into your body… back into your truth… and back into a way of being that feels nourishing, grounded and real.

As a self-identified ADHDer,  an empath, and highly sensitive being, I know what it feels like to be labelled “too much” -too sensitive, too emotional, too intense.

And so, like many, I adapted.

I became the perfectionist.
The people-pleaser.
The one who kept going… even when my body was quietly asking me to stop.

Over time, this led to living in a constant low-level state of fight or flight - exhausted adrenals, a dysregulated nervous system, and a disconnection from my creativity, my joy and my authentic self.

Everything began to shift when I found Equine Facilitated Learning through the Eponaquest approach & The Poly Vagal Equine Institute and experienced the profound wisdom and healing presence of horses.

They showed me how to feel again.
How to listen.
How to be in my body safely.

And now, it feels important to share this space with you.
