In our leadership training courses, whether for an individual or a team, we explore the five roles through activities and discussions, becoming aware of when it’s useful to use each role and how to apply them to your own leadership challenges.

The horses, who naturally embody these roles within their herds, are integral to this learning experience.

The active, experiential sessions with the horses allow you to feel the changes within yourself and the group in real-time- as the horses reflect back behaviour, energy and communication, the learning becomes deeply embodied and personal.

This experiential approach accelerates understanding and insight, leading to moments of intense clarity and powerful growth. Plus, it’s a fun and memorable experience for everyone involved!​​

*all experiences with horses are on the ground- no horse or riding experience is necessary.

Through ground-based activities, participants can learn to:​

• Embody the Roles: Understand when and how to switch between the Dominant, Leader, Nurturer, Sentinel, and Predator roles based on the situation at hand.

• Communicate Clearly: Enhance your ability to express yourself and your needs in ways that foster connection and understanding.

• Set Boundaries & Tasks Effectively: Gain the skills to protect your energy, assert your needs and lead with clarity.

• Explore Mutual Respect: Develop stronger, more respectful relationships, both within teams, with yourself and with clients.

• Achieve Congruency: Align your thoughts, words and actions to lead with integrity and authenticity.

• Motivate Others Positively: Learn how to inspire and uplift those around you, using non-predatory power and influence.

• Work as a Coherent Team: Enhance your team dynamics and cultivate trust, collaboration, and collective success.​
