What we offer
Equine Facilitated Learning
EFL is a gentle yet powerful approach to personal growth and self-empowerment. Through meaningful connection with horses, you’ll develop self-awareness, emotional agility, and nervous system regulation, while discovering new ways of leading yourself and others.
Each experience invites you to embody a calmer, more authentic way of being, supported by the presence and wisdom of the herd in a safe, nurturing environment.
Harmony Healing
Created by Natasha, Harmony Healing is a unique approach to energy work that blends over 20 years of Reiki Master experience with her background as a singer. Through channeled light language, tones, codes and frequencies, you’ll experience a deeply restorative sound and energy healing that reaches every level of your being.
This is a space for profound release, healing, alignment and reconnection with your true essence.
Flow Session
A Flow Session is a space where you and Natasha gently surrender to the moment, trusting that whatever you need will naturally unfold through presence, intuition, and deep connection.
Blending Equine Facilitated Learning, Harmony Healing, and the wisdom of the natural environment, these sessions weave together every aspect of Herd in Harmony’s offerings. Each experience is unique, allowing you to explore whatever arises with curiosity, compassion and the steady support of the herd.
Guided Meditations
Held both online and in person, these powerful guided meditations are supported by energy and light language sound healing, intuitively channelled for each group of participants.
Each circle may follow a theme or flow intuitively, with Natasha tuning into the energy of the group and weaving your needs into a channeled meditation.
These sessions offer a gentle, yet profound, space for healing, connection and alignment.
Deep Dive Flow Course
This transformative programme is designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, truth and power. Through powerful Eponaquest emotional agility and personal empowerment tools, nervous system regulation practices and guided meditations, you’ll explore new ways of growing and thriving.
With the support of the herd, a nurturing community, and a dedicated WhatsApp group, you’ll be held every step of the way as you deepen your connection with yourself and embody lasting change.
Leadership Training
True leadership begins with presence, connection, and authenticity. Horses are natural leaders, constantly attuned to the energy and communication within their herd. They show us how to lead with clarity, empathy, and strength.
Through this work, Natasha guides you to explore a unique leadership model based on the Five Roles of a Master Herder, created by Linda Kohanov, author and founder of Eponaquest. You’ll learn to embody balanced, conscious leadership that inspires trust, collaboration, and confidence in every area of your life.
Harmony Healing for Animals
Natasha has had the honour of supporting horses, cats, dogs, and rabbits on their healing journeys, helping with everything from nervousness and anxiety to lameness, hip pain, and skin conditions.
Each session is guided by intuition, energy, and deep respect for the animal’s unique needs. Natasha would be honoured to support your beloved animal friend on their path to balance, comfort, and wellbeing.
Events & Retreat Days
Herd in Harmony offers group meditations on the land, as well as day, weekend, and three-day immersive retreats. Each experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with nature, and explore themes such as Healing with Your Heart, Leadership, Ancestral Healing and regulating your nervous system through the Polyvagal Theory.
These retreats provide a nurturing space to rest, reflect, and realign with your true self.

Support for neurodivergent
teens & adults
Having walked this path personally with her daughter, Maya, Natasha knows how life-changing it can be to finally be seen, understood and supported.
Through their journey with the herd, Maya gained self-awareness, confidence and the tools to stay grounded, eventually receiving her autism & ADHD (AuDHD) diagnosis after years of being overlooked.
Today, Natasha and the herd offer a safe, welcoming and understanding space for neurodivergent and highly sensitive individuals to build self-understanding, set boundaries, regulate their nervous system, understand their emotions & ultimately feel safe to be themselves - at their own pace, with the gentle support of the horses.

At Herd in Harmony, we do our best to offer the horses the most natural lifestyle we can. The Herd live out together 24/7 and have access, at all times, to their barn for shelter and, for ¾ of the year, to their own part of the wood.
This freedom of choice is offered to them in all aspects of life including the work; by having a herd of 5, if one doesn’t want to engage, that is always respected and there is always another who’s willing to connect with our lovely clients.
